When you submit a Help Request, Contact Request, or Partner Request, we collect only what you voluntarily provide — your name, contact details, location, and a brief description of your need or message. We do not require an account to browse resources, and browsing is not tied to your identity.
Submitted information is stored securely in our platform database. Help Requests and Contact Requests are visible only to you and to authorized platform administrators. Partner Requests are reviewed by administrators during the vetting process. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized administrators through role-based permissions. We do not track your browsing behavior, sell your data, or use it for advertising. We will never call, text, or email you asking for personal information, benefits details, or financial data.
Every resource on this platform is self-service — you reach out directly to organizations on your own terms. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted records at any time by contacting us. We honor your dignity and privacy above all.
